I have placed an order, but I have still not received an order confirmation?
Please ensure that you have entered the correct e-mail address. The order confirmation is always sent to the e-mail address typed in. If this e-mail address is correct, please check whether the confirmation e-mail may have been filtered into your spam folder. If your cannot find your order in this overview and also haven't received a confirmation e-mail, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com.
Can I arrange to pick up the goods if I live in Copenhagen?
Sometimes it can be arranged, yes, but please notice that we have free shipping on all orders, so you will not have to pay for shipping. If you are in a hurry please let us know either on e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or send a text message to +4528897331.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to all countries worldwide.
Which company do you use to ship your items?
All shipments inside of the EU are shipped with GLS. Orders sent outside of the EU are shipped with DHL.
What about sales tax and other duties?
All prices includes sales tax. Prices on orders outside of the EU is without European VAT and taxes. If your order is being shipped outside the European Union the taxes and customs duties will have to be paid by the recipient upon delivery of your order. You are responsible for following your country's tax and duty regulations for which AN IVY cannot be held responsible. Please be aware that shipment of products to countries outside of the EU may be delayed due to customs.
How do I return an item?
Making a return or exchange is easy. Within 14 days from receiving your package, please let us know that you want to return or exchange the item(s). Afterwards please send the item(s) as soon as possible. You will have to pay for return shipping.
When we receive the product – and if it is in an acceptable condition – we will transfer the full purchase amount back to your account as soon as possible.

Is credit card payment secure?
Yes! When purchasing a product on an-ivy.com, your personal data and your credit card data is encrypted with a system called "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL).
How long does delivery take?
Danish orders: 1-3 days. We try to ship out all orders as soon as we can. Most orders are shipped within the next 24 hours and then it just takes 1 day more for you to receive the order.
International shipping: Differs a lot from country to country. If you live in a country outside of EU, customs may delay your shipping. Expect 2-5 days.
