These terms and conditions are developed by AN IVY Copenhagen ApS.
Payment & prices
AN IVY accepts payments with VISA-Dankort, all VISA payment cards, all MasterCard debit cards, MobilePay and ViaBill. The payment will be processed when your order has been shipped - not before.
All prices are shown in euro and is including VAT. Orders outside of EU will not pay VAT (25%) and the amount will be calculated when you check out after having chosen the billing and shipping country. If you order from a country outside of the EU you are responsible yourself to follow you countries tax and duty regulations, which AN IVY cannot be held responsible for.
When you place an order you will have to enter your cardnumber, the expire date and your CVC. There are no fees when using your cards.
We have the right to cancel any orders if obvious mistakes are present.
AN IVY's parcels are shipped with either Postnord, DHL or GLS depending on which country we ship to.
Prices also depends on what country your order has to be delivered to.
However, we offer free shipping on all orders above 100€.
We usually ship your order within 24 hours from the time you place it. Depending on what country your package will be delivered to it takes between 2-5 working days.
Making a return or exchange is easy. Within 365 days from you place your order, please let us know that you want to return or exchange the item(s). After this, please ship the good as soon as possible.
When we receive the product – and if it is in a acceptable condition – we will as soon as possible transfer the full purchase amount back to your account. You have to pay the shipping back to us yourself.
Please note when returning a shirt, the shirt has to come with all the original packaging material. Otherwise we cannot accept the refund. Please also fold the shirt like it was when you received it.
If the items is not delivered back in the same conditions as they were when receiving it you may get your return rejected or you may only get a partial refund.

All products are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act rules for 24 month warranty.
The warranty means that you as a customer can complain about defects in the goods, that have occurred within 24 months after purchase.
The warranty does not cover when errors or damages caused by misuse, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear.
Please tell what the problem is when sending it to us. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired or changed, get your money back or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
AN IVY follows the official Danish customer protection guidelines and laws from Denmarks National Consumer Agency. Your informations – such as name, address and mail, is encrypted to us and are only used to take care of your order and issue newsletters if you have accepted this.
Likewise it is used to keep you updated if anything goes wrong like delayed delivery. The order confirmation will also be send by email. Your informations will be stored 2 years in order of demands of laws.
The safety of your information is a top priority for us. NETS is used as a gateway for payments and uses the safe protocol SSL. SSL encrypts the informations between the internet browser (card owner) and the internet server (the company). This means that your information which are transferred by the payment with your card, is protected through the transfer between you and us. SSL is a very used way and is very safe.
Right after you have given your order, you will receive the confirmation by email. This contains your order-number, name, address, payment type and a list of your ordered goods.
We also offer a subscription service where you every third month will receive seasonal, hand chosen ties.
When you buy our subscription service you accept the following conditions:
- We will cash the money every third month (1/1, 1/4, 1/7 and 1/10). We will send the ties before we cash the money.
- You can at any time cancel the subscription when you log in to your account, or you can do it by writing us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
- We will take care of all the shipping cost
